Dr. Chinnawut Pipatpanukul
Assistant President & Engineering Professor
Dr. Chinnawut Pipatpanukul is the assistant president for Eastern Science Park and a Materials Engineering Professor at the Faculty of Engineering at Burapha University, Thailand. His research focuses on nanotechnology and is particularly interested in its application for biosensor or bio-interface such as: quantum dots, gold nanoparticles and glass bead nanoparticles. His expertise has been recognized for excellence in material modification, surface engineering and polymer biosensor.
From 2018-2020, Dr. Pipatpanukul was one of the committee members of the Startup Thailand League, a competition that focuses on entrepreneurship, research and development of professors, students, and individuals in the university fence. The League provides a great platform for building innovative business models that can generate profit and bring about changes in society.
Dr. Pipatpanukul obtained his doctorate degree in Materials Science and Engineering at Mahidol University, Thailand. He obtained his master’s degree in Chemistry and bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering at Suranaree University of Technology, Nakhonratchasima, Thailand.

Intouch Anupunswang
Managing Director<br />RST Robotics Co., Ltd.
Mr. Intouch Anupunswang is the Managing Director of RST Robotics Co., Ltd., a spin-off of RST Group, located in Ubon Ratchathani province, Thailand. RST Robotics Co., Ltd. specializes in designing and manufacturing industrial robotics and automation systems. They are certified by the CORE (Center of Robotics Excellence) institution and were granted investment promotion under the Board of Investment (BOI), with duty tax exemption incentives.
Mr. Anupunswang is the Deputy Secretary of The Federation of Thai Industries at Ubon Ratchathani province, Thailand. He is also an Industrial Advisor in the Engineering Department at Ubon Ratchathani University and in the Industrial Technology Department at Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University.
Mr. Anupunswang attained his master’s degree in Business Administration at Mahidol University International College, Thailand. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom and Thammasat University, Thailand.

Dr. Juta Pichitlamken
Associate Professor<br />Department of Industrial Engineering
Dr. Juta Pichitlamken is an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Kasetsart University, Bangkok Thailand. Her research interests include ranking and selection procedures, simulation optimization, spreadsheet simulation, and stochastic processes.
Moreover, Dr. Pichitlamken is the owner of El Patio Apartments in Thailand. She has received research grants from public and private sectors in Thailand. She has been recognized in the field of design and analysis of computer simulation experiments on models of stochastic systems, particularly on issues related to the statistical efficiency of simulation experiments, manufacturing, and service procedures. In 2002, her dissertation “A Combined Procedure for Optimization via Simulation” received a George B. Dantzig Award (Honorable Mention) at the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS). In 2008, her student team won the first and second prizes during the ARENA Simulation Contest in Thailand organized by M-Focus and Rockwell Software.
Dr. Pichitlamken obtained her doctorate and master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, U.S.A. She also gained a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington, U.S.A; and her bachelor’s degree in the same field at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, U.S.A.

Dr. Khairul Ummah, S.T., M.T.
Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO)<br />Waviv Technologies
Dr. Khairul Ummah is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Waviv Technologies (Waviv – Wave Imaging and Visualization), a company with an innovative solution for seismic data-enhancement for G&G analysis and dedicated to developing Indonesian geophysical technologies. He is also an assistant professor at the Faculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia. He is a member of the Aircraft Design, Operation, and Maintenance (ADOM) research group.
Before entering the geophysical service industry, he was already involved in innovations and entrepreneurship as Information Technology consultant in various industries, including airport, banking, telecommunication, and oil companies. With his strong background in research, computation, and programming, he developed geophysical softwares such as Full-Waveform Inversion, 5D Interpolation, and Sparse Layer Inversion to solve difficult seismic imaging problems.
Dr. Khairul Ummah obtained his doctorate in Geological Engineering from Padjadjaran University (UNPAD), Indonesia. His master’s degree was from the Institut Teknologi Bandung where he also got his bachelor’s degree.

Paolo Guillermo Agloro
Faculty member<br />Ateneo De Manila’s Department of Information Systems and Computer Science
Mr. Paolo Guillermo Agloro is currently a faculty member of Ateneo De Manila’s Department of Information Systems and Computer Science. One of the leaders of the systems development thrust of the department, Paolo has consistently been mentoring students for more than 15 years, particularly in the context of Management Information Systems.
Paolo has been involved with the IT industry since the early 2000s, starting as a software developer who would soon progress to consultancy and project management roles through two decades. Currently, Paolo is the CTO and President of Hackazouk Philippines, an HR-tech company that aims to fill in the gap between people changing lifestyles and how organizations work. Their current product is an alumni management system catered to organizations, presently available in Japan.
He is also a board member and IT consultant at Xolve Inc., an IT consultancy company specializing in building web-based b-to-b systems, and a board member and co-founder of The Spark Project, which is a community aimed at Filipino talent and ingenuity through an online crowdfunding platform.

Yarabisa Yanuar
General Manager<br />ACTA Research Management
Mr. Yarabisa Yanuar is currently working as the General Manager of ACTA Research Management at Yogyakarta, Indonesia; a company that conducts technology-based-domestic product research. Prior to joining ACTA Research Management, he became the Chief Executive Officer of Syanada Medical Equipment which is also based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He was also a 3D Printing Trainer at Haltech Indonesia and a Research Assistant in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
Mr. Yanuar has a strong research background and experiences in entrepreneurship which enables him to receive patents to his various innovations such as: Go-Tri apps, 3D Belt Printer, Augmented Reality Based Educational Printer, 3D Chocolate Printer Extruder, 3D Chocolate Printer machine, Integrated Saliva and Aerosol Suction Portable, Saliva Ejector Portable, Medical Pandemic Bed, Dental Pandemic Partition, Medical Pandemic Trolley, and Long and Short Frame Open Face Shield/Protector.
Mr. Yanuar finished his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (cum laude) from Universitas Gadjah Mada. During his undergraduate years, he won first place in the National Mechanical Engineering Design Competition organized by the Indonesian Mechanical Engineering Cooperation Agency.

Franklin Rey Pacquiao, PECE, LPT
Associate Vice President and Operations Manager (AVP-OM)<br />Innovuze Solutions, Inc.
Engr. Franklin Rey Pacquiao is currently the Associate Vice President – Operations Manager (AVP-OM) at Innovuze Solutions, Inc., Cagayan de Oro, Northern Mindanao, Philippines; a Web Development and Information Technology company that provides online applications, websites, creative services, and editorial content to industry-leading companies around the world. As part of the operations, he is particularly hands-on in planning and managing activities and projects to ensure that the applications and tools created by the team will meet the desired specifications and delivered to the clients.
In particular, Engr. Pacquiao has a strong background in Operations Management, Project Management, Content Management, Electronics, and Team Management. He is an administrative professional with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, Cagayan de Oro, Northern Mindanao, Philippines. Before Engr. Pacquiao became the AVP-OP of Innovuze Solutions, Inc., he was the Lead Test Engineer from 2017 to 2019 in the same company and was later promoted to Operations Manager. Aside from that, he was a member of the Faculty of Electronics Engineering Department of Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan from 2013-2008; and a Service Engineer at UBIX Corporation from 2007-2008.

MARY ROSE S. DELA CRUZ

Ms. Mary Rose S. Dela Cruz is an Information Technology/Software Development executive with extensive experience in global outsourcing, software engineering and product development. Currently, she is the Chief Executive Officer of Stratpoint Technologies, a software development company that provides agile software development services on the cloud to companies that want to digitally transform and innovate from enterprises to Silicon Valley start-ups. Previously, she was the Head of Delivery of Headstrong Philippines, overseeing the global delivery of software services by some 500+ software development professionals for Fortune 1000 clients.
She has been recognized as a renowned person in the field of Computer Science. In 2013, she was distinguished as a University of the Philippines Alumni Engineers Professional Degree Awardee for Computer Science. Now, she is the director and treasurer of the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA). In 2016, she was the chairperson of the Adamson University Industry Advisory Board of the Computer Science Department.
Ms. Dela Cruz got her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of the Philippines – Diliman, Philippines. She graduated as Magna Cum Laude and ranked first in the graduating class. She obtained a master’s degree in Computing at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia, and has also completed all core units in the MBA program of the College of Business Administration at the University of the Philippines – Diliman, Philippines.
